WAYS OF KNOWING CYCLE
The Ways of Knowing Cycle consists of 4 episodes, recorded on December 4, 2023, during the Living Ways of Knowing Seminar, held in the context of the Viva Viva Escola Viva [Long Live the Living School] exhibition at Casa França-Brasil. The seminar was aimed at educators and people interested in researching what a school is, thinking about sensitive learning, the relationship between living beings, and ways for education to include more pluriversal narratives.
The cycle brings reflections on living schools, relationships between beings, knowledge transmission, ritualistic preparations, and teachings about protection. The videos feature talks by Cristine Takuá, Carlos Papá, Sueli Maxakali, Isael Maxakali, Carla Wisu, João Paulo Tukano, Francisco Fontes Baniwa, Francy Baniwa, Dua Busë, Netë Huni Kuï, and Moisés Piyãko about their worlds and the relationship with other worlds.
